“Really great things, when discussed by little men, can usually make such men grow big.” -St. Augustine

Join parents and staff from Providence Academy as we meet to discuss “really great things.”

We believe that as Christians, we have a responsibility to take dominion and build God’s Kingdom here in Green Bay, WI. We need our hearts and minds renewed to love the right things so that our efforts are in line with Christ. Our desire is that through the discussion of “great things” our own hearts will grow in love for what is true, good and beautiful and that as a result Christ’s kingdom is advanced in and through our community. Our group is co-sponsored by Providence Academy and the Palatine Institute in Green Bay, WI.

Over the next two years, we plan to read and discuss The Chronicles of Narnia, by C.S.Lewis. These are books our children will be studying as Providence Academy students and we are delighted to join in the fun! By reading books alongside our children, we are growing our ability to have meaningful conversations with them around the transcendent truths woven throughout these shared stories.

When & Where: 6:00-7:30 pm, 3435 Shawano Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54313

Please plan to come having read “Voyage of the Dawn Treader” by C.S.Lewis, although you are welcome even if you haven’t read this month’s book.
